Well-being rules

  • Check-in no earlier than 15.00 Check-out no later than 11.00.
  • Smoking is prohibited throughout our area.
  • Pets are only allowed in our dog suite. The guest is responsible for using a leash as it is not allowed to have loose dogs SANDBYSTRAND sea Österlen.
  • Holidäyescäpes does not guarantee that our accommodation is allergy-free.
  • After 23:00, the Holidäyescäpe area should be calm and quiet.
  • In case of destruction or damage, please contact us immediately. We charge for damage according to the price list.
  • If the rules are broken, the guest is responsible for any expenses incurred by Holidäyescäpes. Holidäyescäpes reserves the right to reject the guest immediately.

Booking rules

Check-in is no earlier than 15:00 Check-out is no later than 11:00.
The booking rules apply to all types of bookings, suites, farmhouses and glamping tents at Holidäyescäpes. The rules apply regardless of how the booking was made, whether directly online, by phone or by email.
Always check your booking confirmation. Any errors or changes must be made and communicated immediately. The booking conditions apply from the moment the booking is confirmed.

All overnight stays must be fully paid before arrival in order for the guest to have access to their accommodation. In case of no-show, Holidäyescäpes has the right to demand full payment for the reservation. Holidäyescäpes reserves the right to change suites or glamping tents if necessary. This applies even if the guest has made a request and was originally informed that it would be met.

If you have started your stay and have to interrupt it for some reason, no refunds will be given. Holidäyescäpes has the right to re-let the accommodation to a new guest.

To book accommodation or stay at Holidäyescäpes you must be at least 18 years old, or accompanied by someone over 18 years old.

Payment

100% of the sum is paid directly at the time of booking unless another method of payment is specified.

Cancellation and full refund is possible up to 14 days before arrival. If you cancel 14 days or closer to the day of arrival, you are 100% committed to the total amount.

When changing the booking date, it is the original booking date that is used as the basis for the commitment of payment. The price is only adjusted if it is a more expensive date.

Failure to pay will be considered a cancellation and any amount paid will not be refunded.

Payment is made by card via link, swish or bank transfer. If you want to pay by other means, please contact us by phone or email. We only invoice business customers.

– Cancellation and rebooking conditions with cancellation protection (495 SEK/room)
Cancellation and rebooking is free of charge (excluding the amount of cancellation insurance) up to 72 hours before arrival.
In case of cancellation and rebooking later than 72h, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Privacy policy

When you book your stay with us, you need to provide some personal data. By placing your order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the contract with you. This information will never be sold or shared with other parties, but is only used for our contacts with you.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If it is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you can ask for the information to be corrected. You also always have the right to be forgotten, i.e. to be completely removed from the register, as soon as your stay has ended, and other contacts have ended. If so, please contact us by email.

We will use your data to

  • Keeping in touch with you, confirming your booking, informing you about news and everything related to your stay.
  • Send newsletters if you subscribe to them.
